Logo with Favicon

We need a new logo designed for our website. Our current logo is text based but we now want a symbol. We want something very simple like and alphabet designed in an attractive way. The new logo will be used on the website but also in offline adverts, hats, shirts, etc. We are looking for someone with a strong portfolio of work and who can complete this job this weekend. We need this done by Monday. We also need the logo file delivered as follows: 1. Favicon 2. Black n white version 3. Multiple file formats including attached in lower-right hand corner of Powerpoint (.PPT) file In your bid, please provide link to samples of previous work and the timetable for completing this project.
