Need a new template for shopping cart

I have a shopping cart program that uses universal images (the site has a main look and all the images are in slices) the site currently now is a design for a cell phone store. i need someone to change all the image slices or create a new template, and then slice it the EXACT same way with the same images names, so all i have to do is upload and overwrite the existing images, and then go. The new look will be for a software store. i will need a logo incorporated into the site as well. This again is just a basic design, nothing extravagant, i dont want to spend alot of money for this, but then at the same time i dont want it to look cheap.
