557691 Wroupon Template Needed

(WEB 3.0) I need a new site using wroupon (see [login to view URL]) Platform and server will be provided. 1) I need a unique template using the wroupon platform. It MUST be a interactive and modern template, layout, wording and other identifying traits of the wroupon, groupon or living social platform must be gone at the same time it must clearly look and feel like a deals/ coupon site. This also includes the layout of which the emails are sent out match the normal site, backend, mobile/apps and partner side and must match also. ***Template must not slow down site or affect speed in a major way.*** ALSO 2) Ads banners system: To be able to add banners/ html/ google ads on my wroupon v 4.5 (front end) with different sizes and monitor the impressions and clicks for each ad. To be on our domain regardless is its on sub-domain or in the main domain. (Should also blend in with the template to offer a good user experience. ALSO 3) We need a system that will allow different people to access different parts of the site. Example. I want city managers to manage one or multiple city's. I want people that get deals to be able to add or be able to add partners in the backend. I want people in sales to be able to see ads metrics, add ads and see site stats. Pretty much what i want is for each person within the company to have different levels of access. ( We can talk if you need a better understanding if this.) Optional: 1) If you make a high quality transparent logo and a unique catch name (domain also / .coms only) 2) We will give you an extra 200 $ (Factor it into the project budget and let us know you want to do this.) If you make a unique system like the one for Ebay, when users add an item. The ONE ,TWO, THREE STEP.
