photoshop for underwear packaging

I need a template designed ready for underwear packaging. Must be in photoshop format once completed. I have a current box already designed but its pretty simple, you can use the box ideas for the new packaging... We are looking for underwear on plastic zip bag to be designed this time, the template size should be 14cm width x 18cm length x 6 cm heigh. Please see attached we are looking for something a little more vibrant and exciting. Remember the attached template is for a box, we need a bag designed this time. I have already been quoted $60.00 in 3 days, so you must quote cheaper than this to win project.. i will have other designs in the future for the right freelancer.
