Build a Website

I am looking for a custom made website template to which I will have exclusive rights so that I can use the same template for several different types of web businesses. The web template will allow me to change the images/text/colour etc except the general layout and functionality. Please give me an estimate of how much it is likely to cost as I would like to shop around for a bargain. It is a very simple straight forward forum type template I am after which I have detailed below. Website: I want to create a membership website, where members pay a monthly fee, usually 6 months up front and the members have the choice of: Two types of memberships Type 1. Contact me directly through their profile to discuss their problems/needs. Type 2. Contact me and also OTHER MEMBERS for a higher membership subscription price. This can be done only after having type 1 membership for 6 months. Each subscription renewal is minimum 6 months. Only type 2 members can contact other type two members through search and match. Payments can be made by credit card or PAYPAL. My website is about advice on babies for example or car repair. So it will be targeting new mothers or car enthusiasts. But I am thinking of other types of advising topics too. So I want a generic template that I can edit/alter at my own leisure. So I will be the advisor of the website. You can perhaps see me as a counsellor. I will also looking to be my own website administrator. Therefore simplicity is a must. So it is a simple script really that I am looking for: Type 1. Members pay upfront for 6 months and through their membership they contact me for advice. It is a very simple emailing service. Type 2. Same as Type 1 plus they also get to contact other members who have type 2 membership. There should be 3 or 4 different drop down menus to alter the criteria for searching like minded people. Once a person is contacted, they can choose to communicate or block the other contacting member. Can you develop one cost effectively? It has to be written from scratch using PHP. The database should be MySql. I have a webhost and it will be babyhosting from [login to view URL] I will be looking to have all rights to the script so I can use it for various websites for various topics.
