Customise Drupal theme

I have the following theme which needs to be customised for a law site: [login to view URL] WT.oss_phrase=live%20builder&WT.oss_rank=26&WT.z_author=megadrupal&WT.ac=search_list The homepage of the theme has more than what is needed so deletion of some elements will occur making the finished home page simpler. Freelancer will have to add a twitter feed and latest news to the theme which should be simple enough for an experienced person. Sorry about saying the next bit, but this is based on past experiences with freelancers who just want to win the work and not focus on completing the work as represented by them. This project is open to individual freelancers, I want to work one on one with the selected freelancer who is going to do the work, so no "teams". You must be ready to start. I’m not interested in dealing with delays and excuses because you have too much other work to do, want to do the work in your "spare time" or struggling because outside your skillset. My time is also important and valuable and I want the site up and running asap. I have a good idea how many hours is required to do the work, so saying you need 1-2 weeks to complete will be rejected. I'm looking for someone who exercises common sense and can get the project completed without me micro-managing them and dealing with X number of revision work that do not match the direction given. The theme needs a little tweaking to fit a law firm website such as having practice areas. Sorry again about the need for saying this, but again this is based on past experiences with freelancers who just want to win the project and not about completing the work as represented by them. The theme is missing some elements and the chosen freelancer will have to add a twitter feed and latest news to the theme which should be simple enough for someone experienced in drupal. You will be paid in full at completion. I’m not interested in paying for half a website and then you losing interest to finish. You can develop on your own host, but payment will be deposited with Freelancer once site is ready to be published and you are ready to load onto my host and money released to you upon confirmation site is working properly on my host. PLEASE DO NOT BID if you think near enough is good enough for the work you produce. Once again, I apologise needing to have to say all this based on previous experiences and losing too much time. Please add "NO TEAMS" to your bid so I can easily identify those freelancers that have understood and accepted the requirements of this project. I'm looking for an on-time, problem free and enjoyable experience in completing this project so I know who to use for future work.
