Hello to all, I'm new here, I'm planning to run a translation agency, I need a clone site of [login to view URL], so that my current and potential clients can submit their translation/proofreading/interpretation/voice over/copywriting and transcription projects directly on my site, and my verified linguists can undertake projects as soon as they see the project, regarding the process, let me take translation process for example: client A submitted an English to French translation project, the domain expertise is Medical, assuming the rate for English to French medical translation I set is $0.06/source word, and time allocation for this language pair I set is 200 words/hour (rate and time allocation for different language pairs and domain expertise should be able to set in the Admin panel), when the client upload his documents or enter the text for translation, the system counts the total words is 2000, multiply by the rate $0.06, the total price is $120, time allocated is 10 hours, the project request will be sent to all verified translators of that language pair once the client deposit $120 or pay with his balance. The translator who is the first to click "Take project" gets the job, time countdown begins, the translator can requests more time if he/she thinks the time is not enough, the translator can request more time for 3 times per project at most, the time allocated will be increased once the Admin approves the time request, when the time remaining is 20% of the total time, the system sends alert to the translator by email and site SMS, if the time ends but the translator does not upload the completed translation, the alert will be sent again, if the translator still does not upload the completed translation in 2 hours nor contacts our support team providing reasonable reasons for delay, the project will be reopened to other verified translators of that language pair, and the Admin can ban the translator forever. If the translator upload the translation on time, the translation will be marked as "Delivered" once he clicks on "Translation Completed" on the project panel. An alert is sent to the client noticing that his project is completed, he can check the project panel, view and download the translated documents. He can also click "Accept" or "Reject", if he clicks "accept", the project will be marked as "Completed", assuming our commission is 20% of the project price, the translator's balance is credited with $120*80%=$96. If he clicks "reject", he must provide his reasons and requirements which will be sent to the translator, the translator has to revise the translation accordingly and deliver it again, the client can accept or reject the revised translation, if the revised translation is rejected again, a proofreading request will be sent to other verified translators of that language pair, assuming the proofreading rate for that language pair and category is $0.02/source word, the proofreading price will be $40, assuming our commission is 20% of the project price, when the client finally accept the translation, the proofreader will earn $32, the translator will earn $120*80%-$32=$64. This is the basic process of translation project, the process for proofreading, voice over, copywriting and transcription are almost the same to that of translation.
