Web Design - Basic modern layout

I am looking for a Web Designer to crank out a website, which would require you to layout the whole design, and it can be from a template (Template Monster, Themeforest, etc. etc.). This would be a simple static webpage, anywhere from 7 to 10 pages. I would provide all the text and photos, but may need you to put temporary photos for placeholders. I can provide wireframes of basic layout, and you just need to provide a template design, and build it in tableless, CSS format. Also, we would need basic SEO optimization such has naming the photos (I will provide keywords), basic meta tags, and descrition. We would need the final layered PSD after launch. We require seeing some past work, and may have multiple projects to send.
