We need a new website designed from start to finish, including the loading of the website onto hosting servers and ironing out any bug when first going live. Is not the simpler CMS but the fact is to provide a friendly interface for clients to use it, so it is the best choice for that purposes, and it will bring the chance to make real interesting and creative ideas, The forum, comments, login and social media features are really straightforward using Drupal. The other ones are not difficult, neither. I have a huge experience as a graphic designer too, so I think I could make a product with a real graphic impact, as I think you require. We always should think in doing it using HTML5 and responsive platforms, and I know a few pretty solutions for that. Waiting for your considerations...

I'm not sure you want it to look exactly like the websites you've outlined. I'm thinking you want to to have the website be a bit more mobile responsive and get away from the hamburger menu on mobile display. Before we do anything I guess I'm wondering if you how this site will be used: -Who is your taget audience? -Is this to generate revenue through ads? -How many people will be generating content for this site?
