Marketing flyer

I have created an informational flyer which describes my business service for real estate agents in helping them with selling their homes which are a "short sale". This is when they sell a home that is going to be in foreclosure before it gets to that point. I help them with the bank negotiations, this is my service. I have created the flyer and the FAQ part is Word, but I just feel as though it needs an artistic element added to it so it does not look so vanilla and like just a plain word doc. Someone with some graphic and/or marketing skills would be a good fit for this I think. ## Deliverables I have attached here the word doc which I created which I would like to look a little more professional and appealing to someone looking to do business with me. The document will ultimately be sent as a pdf to clients so I guess I would like it as an editable photoshop document or even better would a word document with the graphic elements laid out in it. I know that word is not very good for this so I am guessing it will be photoshop. I need to be able to edit the document down the road as I expand on the FAQ part etc. I think the FAQ part looks OK (could maybe use small changes), but the first page certainly needs some sprucing up. Attached is a copy of the document and also a vector image of my company logo. Let me know if anything else would be helpful.
