I need an AWESOME graphic/web designer for a Strategic Partnership - repost 2

Greetings! We are a marketing/consulting agency who is looking to create a strategic relationship with A-Caliber graphic designers who can help us great AWESOME looking PSD files for our websites in a short period of time and at a reasonable investment. We have a website [login to view URL] that shows you the type of technology we are building with right now. Our issue is: 1. We need to cusotmize the splash page for each client. 2. The inner pages suck and we need to make a PSD that meets our client criteria that adapts the backgrounds into something much nicer and meets our needs. Then we will be giving this to a developer to do the work. However, we do not want to spend too much time and money on each page, so we need you to refine the background images and keep in mind that we cant to create as little programming work as possible. But, we want our sites to look Top-Quality and not cheesy designs... Wordpress and HTML5 ... please show us your portfolio and if you can give us a mockup background improvement of the restaurant site I showed you, that would go a long way to giving us confidence that you belong on our team! We are landing more gigs than we can handle and we need people who can work quickly, no more than a few days per design hopefully, and still deliver a great result.
