New web store in Prestashop

Please only bid on this project if you have prior experience in completing a web store with Prestashop 1.5.1 or higher - including UPS and USPS shipping with APIs and California sales tax rates. Project spec The project is to build a new site using Prestashop to market a product called Ultrawhip. The look of the site should be similar to [login to view URL] - use this free template or build your own as needed. The Ultrawhip store will have less than 100 items. Primary features: 1) Standard shopping cart functions as shown with the template above 2) SSL as needed 3) Output of shopping cart to be discussed. Our current system generates an email with the checkout contents in clear text and credit card info encrypted. We decrepit the card info with a small app that lives on our office machines. This is a suitable solution, but we are open to suggestions. 4) The site does not need to feed a credit card gateway 5) Site to be hosted at GoDaddy, we have an account established and Presta installed and SSL services. 6) The site is to be owner maintained once established. 7) We will have you format and put in place art we provide. We are versed in formatting graphics, if it is determined we need pictures at a particular size, we can do that work and FTP as needed. 8) Along with the site, the deliverable to include documentation including screen shots of the Prestashop UI with descriptions as needed (including image sizes) and a review of the directory structure 9) Be prepared to disable features in the template (e.g. animation of cart add) if we request such. 10) A key feature of the template is an early view of shipping rates. We will need accurate shipping rates with possible mark-up or handling fees to be part of the shipping fee 11) California sales tax must be implemented.
