Design a Wordpress Mockup

I have a wordpress established website which is Adult. My previous designer created a custom theme, I want the theme changed so I will provide a example below. I have on the front page adult pictures floating around, I want a more clean feel for the front page, pictures already present on the front page to be put in a gallery with an "Adult Warning" notice. I have uploaded a written layout (idea) of how I want the website front page to look. I am looking to work with someone who may also have ideas as we would work on this project to fulfill its "ideal setup" the best way possible as I want the front page to be more simplistic. Login stays,with the following changes:On the profile side Age is 1st,Sex is 2nd,Location is [login to view URL] name no longer required,optional and will say ASL member,can change [login to view URL] the user reaches the sign up sheet,The profile side is already [login to view URL] e-mail address is there on the account side,if they choose to comment,but not sign up.I want the site to appear as a dating site with an x-rated [login to view URL] classifieds should have a city and state page(.All classified ads should appear in their respective locations.)with a warning click stating possible nudity.I also would like a video page gallery,members post video to their page,also goes in the gallery to encourage visitors to sign up(possible nudity click).I want it promoted on the homepage,a promo code for members to receive 25% of ASL toys. I want visitors to be able to go to Anysexlife's FB,Twitter,google+,and Youtube. Module which shows random profile pictures on front page.
