Build an aggregator Website

Basic Overview I need to create a website to aggregate information from Ebay.co.uk. I want to create a very basic website that can filter cars using a set of basic filters. I do not need social plugins or SEO for the website. A maximum of 200 users will have access to this website. This is to be used for a car trader business and not the general public. High quality graphics are not important with this website, functionality is the most important thing. Technical Spec of Project: Admin control panel Username login Admin access to change password each month Step 1 select from the following filters Vehicle type Cars (Yes/No) Van(Yes/No) Motorbikes(Yes/No) Price: Highest value (Price) Lowest Value(Price) Mileage: Lowest Highest Distance Away: Maximum distance Step 2 Select the following filters Make (Drop down menu) Model (Drop down menu) Year (Tick appropriate years) Step 3 Page will give a list of vehicles with a colour tab Green (Below the value of same vehicles prices) White (Similar price to same vehicle prices) Red (Above price of same vehicle prices) Each vehicle details will be hyperlinked so users can click onto the details which will redirect to Ebay and open up in a new window.
