Build A Website

I am a Business Analyst working in web/application development looking for a Web designer and developer to create a site that can search for activities. This is a personal project outside of my work. The website will hold some content with the main use of the site being a simple search that can find activities from a location, venue or activity name. It should also be possible to see all activities in one view. The results should hold a map, image, description, links and a link to another page that holds more details of an event. map view and list view would be nice to have The site should be responsive, have strong SEO, simple CMS that is easy to update/maintain. Once complete I would like to host and maintain this myself.
