Building a Website for squareonetechnology.net

I currently have started a website for my company at www.squareonetechnology.net. I am professional software developer but I lack the creative skill. I am looking for someone to write/design out a full site (HTML5, JS, Bootstrap) with a home page, portfolio page where i can upload screen shots with a description, news/blog page where I can write short articles with titles, clients page where i can put other company logos, and a contact us page with a nice looking form. Once complete I can manually edit the html files to add my own content but the deliverable must have fake examples so I can see the structure of my updates. I attached my company logo and some assets I own. i also have a token for shutterstock if you believe there are better assets. You must be able to edit .svg and eps files. Delivering as a MVC ASP app is a plus but not a requirement.
