E-commerce Banner designs

Hello, We are launching a brand new e-commerce site in the next week, and while we don't have a graphics person on hand yet are looking for someone to help us come up with some banners that we can use and rotate until we get a full time employee. This project could absolutely lead to a considerable more amount of work (and steady work) if we find the right candidate and it seems like a fit. It's important that you understand e-commerce and banners, and for us the look is *very* important as design is an integral part of our company. You will have access to the high res images that our vendors have submitted for us. At first we would like someone to design one banner that is sort of our introductory banner, we will use it on the page and on all social media platforms. It should be a collage of some of our products, and mention that you receive 15% off of your first order. The second banner we are looking for would be focused on one category and will go in a hero position on our page, and it would be a banner focusing on a specific category. We imagine it would also be somewhat of a collage, but are open to different interpretations. We would also like two very, very basic banners where we provide you with an image from a brand and their logo and you put something together for a banner with that image and text. Overall we are looking for four images in this project. Two would be extremely easy (we can technically do it ourselves, but ideally we get away from doing any of the image work) and two will require more from you in terms of creation. One last key element is that we need to make sure the website doesn't look too busy. We already have quite a lot happening on our page, so the banners should elevate that and not make it look too cluttered. Again, design is key for us, so this element is very important. I've attached a version of a banner from another company which we like... Although the aesthetic is not the same as ours, this looks clean and well done.
