Design and Develop a Wordpress Website

We are looking for someone to design and develop a WordPress website for a start-up market research company complete with interactive distortion/particle graphic as the landing page. The website must also work well on a mobile phone. The website must be ready to go live in 14 days. The basic functionality of the website will be based primarily on this website [login to view URL] and similar ones like it. However, the general style should be more cutting-edge, young/stylish, modern, clean, minimalist (but not sinister), AND include an interactive distortion/particle effect graphic as the landing page. The designer/developer must have extensive experience of being able to design, develop, recode and customize websites as well as understand the latest plugins. They must also know how to design interactive distortion/particle effect graphics such as these: [login to view URL] - (1st graphic. no sound) [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] - (1st background) [login to view URL] [login to view URL] - (letter distortion) We have a full and extensive design brief, which will reduce the time it takes to create the website. We generally know what we want and we need someone to execute the design. That said, we are open to suggestions about ways to improve both our design and its functionality. Once developed, the content will be managed by our company and the actual website itself will be transferred to a specific platform to be managed by a specific hosting company. Specific elements that will need to feature on the website are: Landing page: well-designed interactive distortion/particle effect graphic. Social media: a well-designed embedded social media page as well as linking up to social media sites. Knowledge of social media plugins is therefore essential. Data capture: we are also looking for subtle data capture methods throughout the site, both in terms of users signing up to a monthly newsletter but also inputting their details in order to see certain pages. We would therefore be interested in hearing from designers/developers with experience of this. Icons: bespoke icons will be designed for the website. These however will only be created and sent to the designer/developer once the website is developed to ensure their style fits with the style of the website.
