Our company is into providing IT Services. Right now we are serving Healthcare industry. The Project required to be done: "Cloud based document management application for a hospital." Critical Features: 1. Cost Effective. 2. Should be able to take up all the information of a patient (both In and Out patients), right from Registration to the Discharge Summary. (Specifics will be supplied.) 3. Have the ability to retain data in case of loss of internet connectivity. 4. User friendly and appealing. 5. Have the ability to define access to certain set of people to view/create/edit the document. 6. Have a dashboard to view and select multiple patient's documents/files by users. 7. Should be able to retrieve the file/document by Unique ID, Patient Name and Mobile Number. 8. Should be secure for the patient' data (all of personal and diagnosis etc). 9. Have the ability to provide Login Password for Doctors & Nurse. (But with different permissions). 10. Should be able to intake documents from labs etc, as the reports needs to be sent directly to the document management application via sharing. This a very brief about the project. Please let me know as there might be many aspects which needs to be clarified/added/changed.
