Drawing/illustration: creating an illustration to go alongside my blog post. -- 2

I have a blog where I write about business topics such as positioning, lead generation, marketing and websites. I am looking for an artist to create simple but effective illustrations to go alongside the blog posts, as featured images. You can see examples of the style I'm looking for attached below - they don't need to be exactly in this style, but it's a good example. Part of the challenge here is creating visual images for quite abstract business projects, so this requires some thinking and discussion, so clear thinking and communication is important, as well as drawing skills. To start with, I want to get one illustration for this blog post: "How to Pick the Right Web Design Company" I have some ideas already for this, but I'd like to hear your suggestions, so that's the first thing I'd like you to put in your bid: some quick suggestions on what you would put in the illustration. I'm not looking for your ideas to be perfect or pages of description - 3 or 4 words would be enough to give me the basic concept. The second, absolutely crucial point is that you need to mention "Brown M&Ms" in your bid text. (All bids without this text will be ignored because you didn't read the spec properly).
