Dynamic Drawing Graphics Pattern designing in Visual Basic .net 2010

It should be dynamic which should move arrow key and should break in between. We will show you sample graph images. All the points coming from database. We should be able to delete lines after clicking on delete button. There are two type of rectangles, one is green color rectangle which calling party one and red rectangle is calling two.
