Edit an existing template and build a Website

I need a eCommerce interactive website for a medical clinic. I will be purchasing the following website template [login to view URL] I need someone to edit this template according to my needs which are as follows: My website needs to have 8 Pages as of now. 1) HOME - This will have our timing details 2) MEDICINES - This page should have an Instant Search option, so that customers can select and order medicines online. The medicine list consists 21000 medicines. The website should link to a database that consists the medicine list. On search, it should show the medicines and their price. On select it should show the medicine details, providing customers option to Add to Cart or Purchase. This information should get collected at SQL server DB OR, information regarding the same should be send to me by email or SMS. Customers should have the option to pay at delivery or, online. I want to use CITRUS payment gateway. There is a plugin for CITRUS gateway. So that should be taken care of. You just need to add a few medicines to [login to view URL] and provide me the information how to add the rest. CHECK : Some medicines require a valid prescription and hence there should be a check while selecting medicines. It should ask to upload a valid prescription when those medicines are selected or else remove them from the CART. For reference you can visit : [login to view URL] 3) OTHER PRODUCTS - This page will be a copy of the "MEDICINES" page. Instead of medicines it will have information or displays regarding other products. You just need to add a few items to [login to view URL] and provide me the information how to add the rest. 4) DOCTOR'S APPOINTMENT - This page should have information about different doctors available in the clinic and their timings. Same as [login to view URL] When CLICKED on any doctor, it should redirect to [login to view URL] So customers should be able to book the appointment online and block the calendar accordingly. Slots which are not available for booking should be deactivated by default. You need to provide me the information how to unblock and block other slots and change doctor information as in future, doctors timings may change. Customers should have option to pay online or physically at the counter to book the appointments. 5) LAB TESTS - Customers should be able to search and select the labs. Send us information as in when they will be available for providing blood and other samples, so that we can send representative at the specified time. Customers should have option to pay online or by card or, cash when the representative approaches them to collect the samples. For reference you can visit: [login to view URL] However, when you click on a particular lab it should show only 1 price, unlike the above link. 6) UPLOAD PRESCRIPTION - Customers should have the option to upload prescriptions and order medicines at their preferable time. Customers should have the option to pay at delivery or, online. Uploaded prescriptions should come to either Gmail A/c or Google Drive. 7) CONTACT US 8) ABOUT US The website should be linked to some DB like other eCommerce websites where the sell or order information will get captured. The complete website should be editable, so that I should be able to add or remove items from the site, change pics, prices etc. You need to give me information or show me how to do so for where ever I have mentioned about it above. The site should be mobile friendly. All item prices should be quoted in Indian currency (Rs) only.
