Find tutor

Hi, I am looking to build a site where anyone can search for tutor and send a request to the teacher for tuition according to their availability. There will be three type of member: 1. Teacher 2. Student 3. Admin Role and Responsibility of Teacher: 1. He can sign up first time and register for his subject as tutor. 2. He can mention his availability for tuition. 3. He can also search and look for tuition in other subject. 4. He will be notified via sms and email if any student request for tuition. Role and Responsibility of Student: 1. Student can sign up first time and look for tuition in any subject. 2. If he find good teacher then he can request for tuition with his query to the tutor. 3. As teacher confirms then student should be notified via sms and email. 4. If student search for any particular subject and don't find tutor then he can opt to notify when any teacher will be available in future for that particular subject. 5. Role and Responsibility of Admin: 1. He can add any new teacher or activate or de-activate any previous teacher. 2. He can add any new student or activate or de-activate any previous student. 3. He can add any new subject or activate or de-activate any previous subject. 4. He can add any syllabus name like NCERT, CBSE which can cover the subject. 5. He can get list of student or teacher.
