Giving Tree I have a charity tree that has cards with items listed on them. The cards are for someone to take and purchase the items on the card. I need a database to gather all the information about the card, and the person purchasing the items. Key features: Use barcode scanner gather information on both the giver and reciever have a questionare on the giver send emails to giver when card info changes Admin portal to edit and add information PHP based Windows server database I need a form with no more than 100 fields for customer to fill in. and no more than 20 with drop down feature.
