Graphic Needed

I need 5 graphics created of the same goblin style "monster". The graphics should be web-ready. The 5 graphics will be 5 variations of the same character. I have attached a character to this project listing, which is what I have in mind for an idea. There will be some subtle changes: 1. No cigar in his mouth 2. An American flag doo-rag on his head 3. Red eyes 4. Holding a professional style camcorder on his shoulder 5. Different boots 6. Ear piercing 7. And a few other things. It is important to understand that I expect the quality of your creation to be as good as the monster I have attached to this project. The designer of this project should be aware that there will be ongoing changes to the clothing/facial expression/ positions to the character (at an added expense) so that the character can appear in different locations/situations on my website. For example, I may need the character dressed in a tuxedo, or sitting down, or holding a sign, or standing with 2 women. Therefore, I am in need of something who is not only capable of creating the character, but also available for an ongoing project. Payment will only be made through Paypal. 50% of the project cost will be paid once I see and approve 1 of the 5 variations of the monster.
