The 411 The part-time Junior Graphic Designer is responsible for designing incoming digital graphic requests and online assets (such as online banners, website assets, email newsletters), and managing e-commerce assets (such as banners, product profile shots) Duties & Vital Requirements -Understanding the restrictions and nuances of design for web -Producing accurate, high-quality design work that is true to our client’s brands -Ability to refine concepts and designs based on internal and client feedback -Ability to source unconventional imagery/visual concepts from online stock image libraries -Ability to take ownership and be accountable -This part-time position will require 16-24 hours a week of available support Must Have -2+ years of graphic design experience; advertising agency experience considered a strong asset -Design: Adobe Creative Suite CS6+ (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Adobe Acrobat Pro and Infographics -Ability to deliver creative work in tight deadlines, whilst maintaining high level of detail -Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously -Strong communication and problem-solving skills -Passion for digital marketing and entrepreneurship -Strong analytical and problem solving skills -Able to make decisions in a fast paced environment -Great sense of humour Nice to Have -Experience with social media platforms -Familiarity with User Experience design.
