Hi, my name is Dean and my family and I own and operate our business. I am looking for a developer who can beautify my website and the emails it automatically sends to our customers during the order fulfillment process. Our shopping cart is Zen Cart so someone familiar with that platform is preferred. I have been working with someone for a few years, but he is not always punctual and most of the time I have to constantly email him just to get a response. I just want to work with someone who is motivated to work and has artistic vision and ideas of their own to improve our website and the customer experience. This could be an ongoing relationship we develop and we could work together for years to come if you are motivated to do so. I'm looking for someone who is punctual, reliable, trustworthy and someone who does great work. The first project I am looking to do is make the automated emails my website sends more beautiful and in the email up-sell similar products. The image uploaded below is what our website currently sends to our customers when we ship their order. Its extremely boring and just plain text. It doesn't up-sell anything and gives the customer no way to track their package. I want it to look something more like the emails I receive from retailers like Nike for example. I want the status emails to include other products that are similar to the ones being shipped. I want there to be a tacking # and maybe even a tracking button for our customers to click that directs them to the appropriate websites.
