Naming & logo

I made a little brief of the project here below! Honestly, i don't want to influence anybody in any way but I want to give you a bit of a background about how I specifically looked for a graphic designer from Russia. I am in love with Russian propaganda posters (all of them but i have a particular crash for the Olympics ones from 1980) - I love the design the colors and I think whoever made them at that time they were brilliant I want to create something completely out of the box, nothing seen before in the F&B industry, something even silly in a way if you might understand what i am saying easy to remember and with a possibility to scale it, but at the same time, I don't want it to sound corporate from the beginning the main product is the PIZZA but presented in a different way that a pizzeria, some call them gourmet (or degustation of pizza) but i cannot stand the name, and I am not a fan of pizza as a name either, it sounds really fast food and the tendency instead it's to elevate the product the main work of this kind of pizza is done on the dough to create different texture and taste on the other end, there is also the BAR component where the products are the COCKTAILS which is very interesting to me since you don't find the beverage very well curated when you think of a pizzeria I am not sure how you work as well in terms of creative process.
