Need to create Crypto Exchange/Trading Site

I am looking for a team who can understand my concept and they will do rest of the things that is required for the project. Basically need to develop ico, smart contract, Centralized and Decentralized both Crypto Exchange with good UI , light to use and user friendly. And E-commerce site (That is E-bidding/Auction site only), Ads Management inside the site. Basically need End to End requirement fulfill team for my project. Should have great experience in crypto exchange and web software. Price doesn't matter (Will be finalized upon discussion) need good project and on time.
