PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION BEFORE BIDDING I need to hire an experienced Web designer / coder who can work hourly on ongoing projects. Plenty of work for the right web designer / team! The pay is $5/ hour + BONUSES at the end of each project, based on the quality of the work turn around time. Must be highly experienced with Wordpress, html, css and it would be great if you have good experience with Photoshop as well. Must communicate very well in English, and must be available daily to speak if needed. Work can be - designing a new wordpress website, or converting PSD to Wordpress, or editing or modifying other websites, as well as finding and fixing bugs or coding issues. Must work efficiently and only provide high quality work All websites must ******************************* Be high quality load fast Be responsive Bug free. Free from any copyright limitations for the design and images ******************************** Please provide examples of your best work.
