I'm looking for someone that can make an Adsense publisher site similar to [url removed, login to view] - Users need to be able to sign up and post links on Social Media where they'll then earn money. The link clicks and earnings need to be track able by any user. The site needs to be professional and with a unique design. I'd preferably like to pay after the site is completed. Here a few points: 1) Advertiser and Publisher sign up and management interface. Integration for publishers to allow posting from the technology to their Facebook and twitter accounts. 2)Automated unique link creation and tracking for each publisher taking an ad opportunity. 2) unique tracking links should be assigned for each member 3) and URL adding a box for me when ever I want to add new posts on their publisher panel. I should add a post in a box and it should automatically assign a post to all publishers with a unique tracking link. 4) have an analytic to check quality of traffic (i don't want my publishers to cheat me by buying traffic) 5) multiply each traffic from links that were promoted x CPC.
