Looking for a developer with artistic vision. Can properly communicate with me each step of the way on this project. Which includes first creating a list of functions, explaining and planning out how they should work and look. Then doing a design mock before starting the coding process. If you can't operate in this manner, do not contact me. Do not apply if you are not a coder. Not looking for 3rd party admins. Don't apply if you need payments up front. I will only make milestones and they are not released until project is 100% complete and thoroughly tested by admins and test users to find bugs. If you can't properly test your work and I have to do all the testing for you, do not contact me. I need someone that is going to TEST TEST TEST and be able to fix functions. Need a skeleton website created that can be changed to suite different needs. The basics are the following. Hi there - there is a fast but yet effective approach to this project so let me brief you as much as this little white window will allow me (we have a limited number of characters on here). The site I would rebuild in a robust good stable wireframe that would enable me to build you a custom admin portal to make the changes necessary that you would like....the nature of your project is like building multiple layers of sites into one but keeping the functionality (I understood you very well!) My suggestion is using a Laravel PHP frame work with a custom multi layer design with a solid from end and back end developer you can have this up and running in 60 days..now I don't know what your expectations are but this is the reality of the situations I have been doing this for a long time and I want to quote accordingly for a quality well delivered product in order to maintain my perfect reviews and ratings.
