1. Mobile Design Improvement: Most of our traffic comes from people on their phones so we would like to redo these page templates so that they are more mobile friendly. The site is responsive now but doesn't do a great job of showing off all of the products and imagery. Ex: the header on mobile devices takes up too much space, the drop down menus are long and thin, a thicker shape would make it easier to click on mobile devices, images are centered and small (they should take up more of the screen so they are bigger on mobile devices) 2. Improve Site Speed: We would like to improve the speed of the site. The site is currently scoring a 65, D on Pingdom and we want to improve that score. 3. Site Update: We would like a new look to the site. We don't want to do a total redesign, just some design updates because the site is a few years old: update the fonts, change the accent colors used and make this color more prominent in headings so the site doesn't have as much black and white as it does now. More details will be discussed once the project has started.
