Twitch overlay, setup, youtube, facebook, twitter,

I would like to get a full revamp for my Youtube and Twitch channel. Looking fore someone very professional and has a lot of experience. Would pay either hourly or flat rate. I use OBS , the stream quality is good. I want a nice overlay, with nice graphics below. I use Mootbot, help integrate giveaways etc. Make it match my youtube and other social media. $20 for project if the work is good. If its not up to my standards I will pay $10 , or $3 an hour.
