Website for my organization

Need a website for my organization. We are in retail industry and need a site to display our product. We can dynamically add or product in the website under different category (no add to cart is required but a BUY button is required, that will redirect to our other site where the user can buy product). The site should be developed using Asp.net/ MVC or html 5 and should be mobile responsive. Except product upload or display no dynamic thing is required. The developer has to work with the hosting of the site also and provide code.
