HP OVSM (Open View Service Manager) tool SME required for below error rectification § Workflow 6-7 needs to be fixed .. problems before & after upgrade of HP OVSM tool .. problem is workflow not moving to next level for some users but not all users have problem .. § Create 1 New workflow § Email integration with HP OVSM tool .. § Search Bar (Knowledge base) of HP OVSM tool not working i.e. when searching for docs NO result comes up even though required doc exists in repository .. § Imple / Error-Rectification duration = 1 Week to 2 weeks Max .. § Delivery in Govt client premise in Hyderabad ..
