Android app like TapCash or mCent

Need someone to create an app like TapCash or mCent from start to finish. That means till good to upload on Google Play. For requirements please refer to mentioned apps and test them fully & You must reefer to playstore and type "cash reward" or "cash reward" and use similiar apps to get a hang of it. I can provide advertisers and apps to be downloaded for $prizes but need help with integration of the links for app to open in users playstore app not in a browser. Also new advertisers aquitisation and help to integrate them would also be reqired. I would also need something like a hub where I can control everything like adjust bids and add and remove offers.. Not to have upload new versions of the app with every change in offers or anything. The more payment options geteways for payout the better.
