I need an angular developer to develop a front end: 1. Create a new angular project and configure gulp (or any similar) build system. 2. Develop angular module that will display two static fields ("application type" and "description") and user fields at the bottom of this form. 2.a In case a user has an account and user has been logged on the site, the module should fill in the user fields. 2.b In case user is anonymous, add a text message bellow this form and submit a REST request (REST API server based on the service 3 module of the drupal , I'll provide all required information).

I have a really good experience of developing applications in AngularJS and REST APIs, from simple apps to complex dashboards for startups. Please visit my profile for more information. If you find me suitable, please share your exact requirements. Functioning of the required app is pretty much clear to me but exact requirements are not clear. But I am sure I can do this project with all requirements completed. I don't have experience of backend development in Drupal (I am a python guy) so please also share about what things are ready at backend side. Thank You.
