Disable submit button onced clicked

Hi Sir, This is an easy task, and I can do it in less than 1 hour, it can be done through HTML or CSS code, the submit button will become unclickable and its color will become gray (or a light shade of the used color or any other color that you choose), I can change the cursor as well when pointing to the disabled button.
