Add need codes to user side field box

Project is for 0-days 1-hour max,,1-Final payment of $20.00 and released at end..Hiring Only proper requested bid days and bid price..Serious proposals or stay away....Will open site for testing and hired will get files needed for this changes.. Add needed codes (see partial code shot) in user side photo gallery file which are for the url field box to work,,i had this codes not added and added at 1 point..You will get this codes from a section in admin that has this same codes & kinda same function (admin & user side are just a bit different)..If you know how to add this message me….Actually my user side had this codes first at one point just re-add properly.. If successful changes are made,,you will tell me the changes so i can add to my files ,Then we will close project after that.. The Do-Not do's: NO-FTP logins will be for this project… Don't request htaccess files.. Keep project in freelancer.. Project is for 0-day only, closes when 1-hour ends...
