Create a Mobile Website

I need help building a TEXT MESSAGING PLATFORM that does the following: -Allows me to send daily texts to multiple contacts at ONE time -Allows me to send texts via an online cloud based platform so I can send messages from my laptop & not only via phone -Use certain customer fields like [name] to personalize messages -Track results including open rate, clicks, etc. -Receive replies from recepients such as "more" and send automated response to them -Schedule the texts in advance -Send texts, pictures, GIFs, videos, etc
