QR Code based web app marketplace payment gateway (stripe)

TiPPy will be an electronic tipping platform for businesses and individuals to receive tips. [login to view URL] I require all aspects of this to be developed. Please read in detail as I have already had 1 month wasted by another useless Freelancer who promised everything and delivered nothing. QR code - customer scans QR code with their phone - this brings up payment page with a profile of the business they are tipping and tipping/payment options, customer can make a tip to restaurant. Restaurant owners sign up and can customize their QR code & landing page with a welcome message and image backend login to monitor payment history etc Marketplace using stripe (or something similar) to capture payments and take 4% commission/processing fee to be retained by TiPPy (my company) before disbursing the remaining tip/payment to the vendor 3 Roles - Admin (me) - Business owners/Individual tip receiver (who created the QR and landing page) - Customer who scan the QR code via mobile and a landing page will open in which tip amount can be added and proceed. TiPPy processing fee will be a fixed percentage 4% Tip amount can be chosen from preset amount, entered manually, or choose a tip roulette option Tip roulette option allows tippers to click a button and the app will randomly select a tip amount between a price bracket (set by the restaurant owner) Refer to mobile sample screen shots of what this will look like Very much the same concept as the following ; Review the 2 websites attached to get an idea of exactly the same idea 1 - [login to view URL] 2 - [login to view URL] I need to be able to; Have new users register/join via my website whereby they can register and be onboarded by me. Once they create an account and are accepted by my admin they can be issued with a QR code. They can login to their account and customize their QR landing page as far as adding an image and welcome message. The rest will essentially be generic across all users. They will also add their bank details in their account for their payments to be disbursed. They can then display their QR code at their business. Their customers simply scan their QR code, it will come up with their company landing page with welcome message, image and tipping/payment options. The customer will then make a tip/payment, and leave feedback. I have a stripe account and barebones website [login to view URL] Ideally, I would want my customer to only need to sign up to TiPPy and generate their QR code through my site registration, ideally not for them to also additionally need to create a stripe account So when the customer makes the tip/payment, stripe captures fees and % processing fee for me, the remainder goes to the vendor (my customer) bank account Onboarding - New customer/vendor to TiPPy joins my platform from join new/register page on my website. Customizes their QR code/landing page with a welcome message and image, enters their settlement bank account and they are set up ready to go - simple minimal steps process then they just simply display their QR code for customers to scan, bring up tip/payment page on their phone where they will see the welcome message and image and tip options, choose how much to tip, make payment, then leave feedback, complete
