Create custom google maps page with user input

Create a one page application using google maps api with javascript. This page will have two vertical HTML "divs". One to display the map, and the other one have some fields to submit user input. First the user will click one a certain location, this will create a marker on the map. To save the marker permanently on a database, the user must complete informations about the marker on the other "dive" and click on a submit button. These information fields will consist of: -id -Label -Details -Type of the marker (will have four marker types, each with a unique icon) -Consummation -Production Also, when the user opens the page, it must load the already existing markers that have been registered in the database. And when the user clicks on an existing marker, he will have the ability to modify info and resubmit. I will only accept people with experience in google maps api.
