CSS and Visual Composer fixes on Wordpress site (mobile and desktop)

**This project needs to be completed by Monday morning, roughly 8am PST time** I have a site that needs a bunch of fixes, both through CSS and through WPBakery Visual Composer. I have PSD files of how the site should look both on the home page and on inner pages. They aren't enormous changes, mostly things like colors, fonts, font sizes, etc. all need to look like the PSD, and then on top of that I have some other changes that the client has requested. I need it looking good in desktop, tablet and mobile views. There is also something strange going on with the mobile menu where it is opening at the top of the screen even if you are scrolled down. The site is built on a premium theme using the Genesis framework but the developer I had build it did not have good attention to detail. You can see the site in its current state here: [login to view URL] (An example of a fix is the top navigation links are solid black now, and they should be hex #3c2f35 based off the PSD. There should be a drop shadow across the entire header area, not just the logo. Also the phone number should only have a tel: link in mobile, not desktop, the footer elements should all be vertically aligned to bottom, etc. Just a bunch of sloppy things.) I will provide whoever is awarded this project with the PSDs, Wordpress login, FTP login, and the Word document outlining changes that client wants in desktop view. As soon as I have changes for mobile view, I will then message that over as well. If I had to estimate, I would guess this project would take someone skilled in CSS and Wordpress, with experience in visual composers, 10-25 hours total to complete.
