On our site, we have a image carousel that displays logos. You can see it on the bottom of this page, right above the footer: [login to view URL] Currently we have is smooth scrolling using the jQuery Slick library. We would like someone to write some custom code, without using the Slick library, to make it so the logo size varies based on it's location on the page. For desktop, we want the images to scale larger on the right side of the page and smaller on the left side of the page. We would also like their vertical location of the logos to fit the line in the background image. See the mockup in the attached image. For mobile, we want the images to scale larger in the middle and smaller on the sides. Also, if possible, we would like visitors to the site to be able to scroll through the logos by swiping their fingers. The html/css will scale responsively with bootstrap, but we would like separate JavaScript files for the mobile and desktop versions.
