we are getting the RAW DATA from real estate services. We need to set it up with our website real estate template so all the component working well. basically, the site should have most functionality as this one. YOU MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE WORKING WITH REAL ESTATE IDX INTEGRATION YOU MUST KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH RAW DATA. YOU MUST KNOW HOW TO QUERY THE RESULTSUTELIZE THE CURRENT SEARCH ENGINE ON THE WEB SITE. WITH THE MLS since we are using a real estate template it will ease the project greatly. Again please do not take the job if you do not know how to populate raw data into a site. we had contractors that apply for the job but do not have the knowledge to work with raw data. I will send you more info as we discuss. IMPORTANT _ YOU MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE USING "RETS CONNECTOR" "RETS CLIENT" APIs to connect Program for MLS integration
