JavaScript Developer - Full Time - Monthly Pay -- 2

I am a Senior Javascript Developer working in London, I am always working on exciting startups in my spare time but since I am already working full time I am looking to have someone work on my startups. I am able to help out, code review, discuss solutions and also provide some mentorship but the job does require taking initiative and being self sufficient. The length of this job is indefinite as long as you do a good job. The main skills I’m looking for: Javascript, React.js, Node.js, HTML, CSS Bonus skills (if you don’t some of these you might have to learn them on the job at some point): React native, Electron, Flow types or typescript (flow preferred), Eye for design (I don’t want to have to keep fixing styling because it looks wrong), Unit testing, Databases, Redux, Git So I know you read the job description please start your proposal with: “REAL REPLY” I don’t mind where the developer is based but they need to have a good overlap with GMT timezone, hopefully at least 4 hours overlap. Also because of my budget I’m thinking it may be a good opportunity for someone from India, Asia, Africa etc. You must be able to speak and communicate in good english. I will have a relaxed management style but we will have a meeting every week and also provide a progress update daily. Apart from that we can communicate about tasks and features mostly over slack but we can always jump on a call to discuss things. You need to be willing to complete these interview steps: Small JavaScript code challenge, Phone screen, Small take home project (few hours), Technical interview. Budget is around $700 a month.
