i want to build bitcoin game

i need a freelancer to build a Bitcoin game for me. This is how the game will work: 0. Levels. Exp gain: mining, killing mobs / hostile creatures. On higher levels player can control more territories, fight bigger/stronger dragons, mine additional types of minerals/metals/gems, build more types of buildings. 1. Territories. Additional territories needed for building storages, forges, buildings like shop/market or auction, dragon nests / garage or laboratory for robots, and another types of buildings. 1.1. Gain territories by spending: - bitcoins - in-game money - gems 1.2. or gain territories by collecting gems, more gems you have - more territories are under your control. 2. Gems. 2.1. Using gems for temporary enchant tools 2.2. Using for gain additional territories (1.1, 1.2) 2.3. Exchange with another players for in-game_money/another gems 3. In-game_money. Player can exchange money for mined materials with another players. 3.1. For more compact storage, player may melt mined in-game_money for (bar of gold). 3.2. Players are able to exchange money/materials directly (player to player) or via auctions. 4. Dragons/machines/other, depends on style of game. Hostile elements, that will hurt (or kill low-level) player. Player can buy special maps(or radar) for bitcoin, that will extends radius of detecting dragons. High-level player can use armor and/or weapons for fighting dragons. Player may tame dragons / reprogramming robots / other, using them to defend territories, and for attacking other players. 5. Special items: 5.1 temporary invisibility, other buffs (scrolls that can be mined or bought for bitcoins) 5.2 enchanting tools (temporary buffs, scrolls or special items, that can be crafted from mined materials) 5.3 maps / radar / crystal orb. depends on style of game - maps/radars may not be indestructible - buy for bitcoins only 5.4. Weapons/armor, crafting and buy for bitcoins 5.5. Portals. 6. Attack other players with tamed dragons/robots/others, for gaining some percent of money, and/or temporary debuff (penalty) - for example, more time needed for crafting. 7. In-game exchange. 7.1. Exchange minerals for rocks (5 or 10 for 1, depends on type) and rocks for minerals (5 or 10 for 1, depends on type) 7.2. Exchange skills (crafting, digging, taming dragons / reprogramming, creating robots / breeding dragons) for another base-level skills or for bitcoins with another players. 8. Auctions. Players may buy/sell crafted and mined items, for in-game_money and/or other crafted items. Player must build auction house for this actions. 9. Mining. 3.1. Types of materials: rocks, minerals (calcite, dolomite, quartz, pyrite, fluorite, celestite, others), gems (sapphire, ruby, emerald, others), metal (gold, silver, adamantium, thorium, platinum, others), and "in-game_money" (coins, gold rocks, others), scrolls for temporary buffs 10. Player must rise to the surface for oxygen (while deep digging) and/or placing mined materials to storages. 11. Portals, that may be bought for bitcoins. Fast method of rising to the surface. 11.1. Different types of portals, for example: 11.1.1. portal player<->storage for placing materials directly to storage. 11.1.2. Portal that moves player to surface and backwards to place when player stops digging and/or place when player used portal 11.1.3. Static free portals on (for example) every "1km" of digged earth. 11.2. Portals as usable items (10/100 uses for item, depends on quality and cost)
