Community Database Manager/ Agricultural App

I'm looking for a company to develop a 2 part mobile app for iOS use only majority iPad. This app needs to have a database management system for adding community members details onto a web server. Including the following: - Profile picture (Community member photo taken on iPad) - Contact details - Fingerprint scanner (Community members fingerprint and password) - GPS co-ordinates using google maps - List of working skills eg: farming, welding, cleaning etc Second part is a agricultural system that will connect to a digital scale as well as online to a web server. - Member will arrive at the hub area and sign in using fingerprint and password. - A variety of veg can be listed eg: carrots (Price must be able to be set and changed by admin from an admin portal) - Veg must be weighed and price determined. All information must be uploaded to server online. The point I see is to use this app to generate an database online that will show all skills available in rural areas for goverment departments to base its development projects on. Each new user of ipad needs to register where they are situated and that data added to their own database.
