This project would be to create an app that would have a fillable form/report that can be filled out and saved/exported as pdf in Box or Dropbox. Report would need to be formatted to match attached pdf and would need to include varying amounts of photos. Form would need to auto number each line entry and be able to accommodate a varying number of comments. Titles and logos would need to be able to be set and saved. Date should be automatic and selectable. Photo boxes would need a text box for comments Formatting would need to allow printing on 8 1/2 x 11 paper.
